Step 1: Measure and mix well in a bowl:
- Oats
- Cocoa
- Vanilla sugar
Step 2: Blend all dry ingredients in a
food processor for about 30 seconds to your preferred
texture.
Step 3: Dice the butter (cold) and
place it in the bowl with the dry ingredients.
Tip: Covering the dices in the dry ingredients helps preventing them from melting.

Step 4: Melt the dark chocolate.
Step 5: Pour the melted chocolate, cold
coffee, and unwhipped cream into the butter mixture. Mix
until smooth. If the mixture is too soft, refrigerate
for a while.
Step 6: Flatten the mixture into a
rectangle or square and slice into even sized pieces
(depending on how many you set the recipe to, if in the
number mode rather than manual ingredient mode). Roll
into chocolate balls and roll in coconut or pearl sugar.
